Why The Benchwarmer®?
Sport is one of those things that you’ll have to go a long way to find somebody that has no interest. Whether it's football, soccer, rugby, or netball most people will have some sort of interest in a sport, be it watching or taking part.
Because of this, we have all been a BENCHWARMER at some stage of our sporting journey and this is why Benchwarmers® were developed.
Australian Rules Football
During general play, players may position themselves anywhere on the field and use any part of their bodies to move the ball. AFL attracts the highest amount of spectators of any sport in Australia and the fourth highest attendance of any professional sport in the world. It's Called Australian Rules Football (AFL)

You have to admire what rugby players do; putting their bodies on the line to win games and entertain the fans. This is one of the reasons why rugby fans are some of the most dedicated fans in all of sport.

All across the globe, soccer is massively popular. In fact, it is the most popular sport worldwide. Almost half the population of the globe can be considered soccer fans.
Netball
A fast-paced, non-contact sport, like basketball the object of the game is to deliver the ball to your goal end to allow your shooter to score a goal. It's played by 20 million people in more than 70 countries.
